Friday Files by Shabbat Club: Vol. 3
Upcoming events, where we're eating, things we're overthinking + more...
I’ve been obsessed with Shabbat Club lately. Together we’re building something that feels like a real community—not just another party or another dinner. And as much as we love seeing familiar faces, the goal is to make new friends…
To make that happen, we’re expanding our team to bring more ideas to life. If you think we’d vibe, have experience with events and community building, and are interested in joining our team, APPLY HERE.
A Story About My Safta
On a more personal note, the anniversary of my safta’s passing fell on Purim this year—a reminder of how joy and grief often live side by side. I wrote a story in her honor about life then and now, Purim, and the small things that remind me of her. Read it below!
We Met at Shabbat Club
Meet Tiffany (24, SYD) and Allison (24, TX):
“We met at Shabbat Club Rosh Hashanah and bonded over how ‘girl dates' are more stressful than real dating. We just hit Miami, Tiffany’s visiting Allison’s hometown to try all the Texas specials, and Allison plans to visit Australia next! We share a love of spicy tuna crispy rice and were once chased by an Uber together 👀”

Where We’re Eating: Shmoné Wine Bar (Greenwich Village)
The team behind Michelin-starred Shmoné opened a wine bar next door with light bites from neighborhood spots like Murray’s Cheese Bar and Breads Bakery. The sommelier is hot, the hosts are hot, the chefs are hot. Oh, and we're hosting their first event ever—details soon.
